20' x 40' Frame Tent

THIS PRICE IS FOR GRASS SET UP, please call if for concrete set up for pricing! Our 20' x 40' Frame tents are perfect for weddings, outdoor parties, corporate events, or any special occasion. Our 20' x 40' tent will seat 100 guests at maximum capactity. We recommend either (10) 60" round tables that will seat 80-100 guests or (14) 6ft tables that will seat 70-84 guests under the tent. Our tents are always staked and or anchored safely and properly installed. (Please call to inquire about larger tents)

• DELIVERY: We deliver to Groveland, Clermont, Winter Garden and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).
• RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given.
• OCCUPANCY: 80-100 Guests
• CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
• WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Enough space for us to setup your rental
  • Knowledge of Sprinkler, Electrical and/or Gas Lines for our staking purposes
